ASEAN Sustainability Leadership Award 2023 recipient. With over 30 years of distinguished experience, Dr. Vong is a leading expert in sustainable finance, ESG advisory, public administration reform, M&E, and governance across the ASEAN and Pacific regions. His Jakarta base provides unparalleled on-the-ground insight.
Dr. Vong has spearheaded national-level strategic initiatives, including serving as Lead Adviser for the Indonesian ESG Assessment Framework for State-Owned Enterprises (collaborating with BPKP, OJK, and Ministry of Finance) and contributed to the development of the Nusantara Net Zero Strategy 2045. His leadership has guided numerous projects commissioned by UNDP, ADB, World Bank Group (IFC), ILO, IOM, DFAT in Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and extensively across Pacific Island nations focusing on DRM analysis and climate resilience.

MD, MHSM, CHAE. A distinguished health executive with over 20 years leading Indonesian hospital operations, strategic planning, and quality assurance initiatives. Dr. Natih is a certified national hospital accreditation expert and surveyor (KARS, Ministry of Health), significantly contributing to the enhancement of medical care standards and patient safety. She has been instrumental in developing national centers of excellence and guiding major healthcare institutions like RSUP Sanglah (Ngoerah General Hospital) towards international standards, showcasing profound expertise in health systems strengthening within the Indonesian context, and contributing to public health research and policy development.
