With over 30 years of distinguished experience, Dr. Vong is a leading expert in sustainable finance, ESG advisory, public administration reform, M&E, and governance across the ASEAN and Pacific regions. His Jakarta base provides unparalleled on-the-ground insight.

Dr. Vong has spearheaded national-level strategic initiatives, including serving as Lead Adviser for the Indonesian ESG Assessment Framework for State-Owned Enterprises (collaborating with BPKP, OJK, and Ministry of Finance) and contributed to the development of the Nusantara Net Zero Strategy 2045. His leadership has guided numerous projects commissioned by UNDP, ADB, World Bank Group (IFC), ILO, IOM, DFAT in Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and extensively across Pacific Island nations focusing on DRM analysis and climate resilience.
